I lived in those apartments for 6 years, the drain pipe of my neighbor who lives in the apartment above broke, the walls, the door and the floor of the bathroom were damaged, the door stopped working correctly and over time the fungus on the walls and the door was never fixed, I let the managers know and they said no problem so I had to live for a few years with that bad looking walls not to mention the sink cabinet was so rotten. I've lived in Tori Apartments for 13 years. I've seen the good and a bit of the less-than-good. All in all, I like it very much. I have to say that when John Reynolds was recently appointed as manager, to me it was like the sun breaking out on a gray day. John is a best-case situation for a tenant... pretty much everything one could hope for in a property manager. It's easy to see that he cares about his tenants.
