They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They really put in the extra effort to make me feel like a valued and important patient here. I have never seen a more welcoming and friendly office or doctor.

They were able to provide me with professional advice. The receptionist said the blood work takes 7 days to come back to them, and I was surprised because at other offices the results are posted on line the second day, all you have to do is to retrieve them electronically. I've never doubted their abilities. I did not notice any annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? They were average Did this provider have reasonable prices? No, it was expensive.

Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to

Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes

Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did they follow up with you after your appointment? I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it.
