We were referred to Torgerson Excavating for a sewer issue as well as a water line issue we were having with our new building. Ryan came out, looked at the property, and got us on the schedule within a week. The guys came out on the coldest day of the year with great attitudes & worked like a well-oiled machine! They dug out a trench for both lines, repaired them as well as giving us a new shut off valve which the City of Des Moines had broken, & covered it all back up in an 8 hour shift. We had a sewer line collapse right at the connection to the street. We'd contacted another contractor multiple times and they'd say we were "on the list" but weeks and a couple of months rolled by and started to get worried that snow was going to hit before we got this fixed. Contacted Rachel at Torgerson's and immediately was given a quote for the work along with prompt communication. Experiences like this, deserve a good review. Rachel and her team are the best in the business for a reason! They were highly recommended to us when we found ourselves in a bind and needed a solution quickly.
