We had a very bad experience with this company, they will give you a quotation and will ask for a deposit then on the day of the move, after the "movers" (they are not professional fyi) load your stuff in their truck. Someone from their office will call you to transfer the whole amount and if you don't transfer, the movers won't drive the truck because the woman called "Alecia" instructed them to not drive unless we send the money. Update: almost 4 years later these con artists have decided to reply to my review insisting that for some reason I’ve made it all up… why would I do that?? I am still scarred from that day and just want to help out the 33 others that have liked my post and the rest of the Toronto community! Update: they are lying. They never came up with any alternative solutions, and I was never provided the opportunity to choose another time slot. I was charged $1400 for a 3-hour moving ($700 for moving and $700 as deposit), and just because I refuse to sign the contract, the never refunded my deposit. They are not responsible if any problems occur. Yes it looks like they are good if everything goes well, but if any incidents happens they will NOT be responsible.
