The company really cares about their customers and goes above and beyond to make sure things go the best way.
These guys were unprofessional and rude. They were over an hour late and though we paid for a 2-man job, the second guy showed up even later. They went over the quoted hour by precisely 3mins and tried to charge us for an extra 30 minutes. They ended up fighting with us saying that they started a lot earlier than they did. I honestly would never recommend this business.
Great job! I hired Torex Moving for a quick, one-location move of some appliances within my home, and I was really pleased with the experience. The team was friendly, thoughtful and extremely careful with everything they handled. They took the time to ensure nothing was damaged and worked efficiently without cutting corners. It’s clear they take pride in their work. I’d definitely recommend Torex Moving to anyone looking for reliable, professional service.
STAY AWAY. They show up late. They don’t have the appropriate equipment to do the job efficiently. They don’t know how to troubleshoot when items are difficult to get through a tight space which drove up time and cost where other movers would show more initiative.
