They had great service with just 2 people working on a day with ice. Patricia has great customer service. Thank you for being open.
Had such a great experience at torchy’s, they were so very kind to me and my girlfriend. We were struggling with what to order but the man who was leading this perfect crew was very very helpful and kind! He made me feel as if i was a regular customer. Also i can’t forget Patricia she was very very sweet and she checked on me multiple times to make sure we were good. I usually don’t write reviews but this place was so good that i had to. Thank you so much again torchy’s crew and i will most definitely be coming back soon!
First time 3 servers took my order and waited on me. All 3 were great. Inspired me to tip above what I normaly would.
My husband and I come to the metroplex to shop and almost always stop at a Torchy’s while we are there. We have been in your particular establishment 4-5 times and each time we have been greeted by Christian, who then takes our order. Each time we have been there we have noticed and commented to each other on how hard he works. He’s always watching the door if he walks away from the register but he is cleaning, busing tables, asking people if they need anything checking the drink station, constantly!
