This Torchy’s is awful. The service is poor, and people are waiting over far to long for both in-person and to-go orders. We’ve even noticed customers bringing back their orders because they’re wrong. There are in store customers and food delivery service drivers that have been waiting for 40min plus The employees are unhelpful, and unprofessional. I came in to an empty restaurant, placed my To-go order. And waited over 20 minutes. When I finally got the 2 tacos I ordered - they were COLD.
Very tasty and good service. Careful if you can’t handle spice!
