As someone who works in the food industry, I rarely leave negative reviews because I understand that mistakes happen. Unfortunately, my wife and I had an experience today that fell short of the level of customer service we've come to expect. We hadn't visited Torchy's in quite some time. After walking in and waiting in line, we were greeted by the cashier. We noticed a promotion advertised as "$9.95" and asked what it included. As a regular, I can honestly say I always have a great experience! The food is fresh and flavorful, and the service keeps me coming back. Matilda and Jayla always make me feel welcome with their warm personalities and excellent customer service. They truly make every visit special. Thank you for always delivering such a memorable experience!

Super clean and great service. Tacos were delicious and we love the nachos. Shout out to Eliceo for being so kind and helpful to our group of 5 and checking in on us to make sure we have everything.
