I love Torchys, been going since they existed. This particular location has struggled but is much improved. Food has become more consistent, automated checkout up front has improved the ordering experience and cut the line down. Still room for improvement as the staff walks around almost clueless to where people are to deliver food and more mistakes than the other locations. The 5 rating assumes they'll continue to improve and meet the standard set by the brand, trending in the right direction!
