This location has a stupid kiosk instead of a real human to take your order. Unless you have a simple, one-item order, it’s an awful, balky, and unnecessarily frustrating process. It’s just another way of a company saying ‘we hate our customers.’ I’m a Torchy’s regular, and if the location near me (Katy) puts in a kiosk, I’m out
Spent over 10m standing at a computer kiosk trying to sign up for an account so that I could get the queso day discount. Their online form doesn’t work. None of the other 5 customers there could get the kiosk working either. What the heck torchys? You go national and lose your way. You’d be better off sticking to one food truck on South First. What a shame. I bet the founder loses sleep over selling out.
