I arrived and instead of people there to take your order, there are just two large kiosks and I have absolutely no desire to tap all over the screen to figure out what I want and how to order it. I want to be able to tell somebody what I want and move along because that holds up the line. A worker was there to help me out, but she had to help the other people as well because they couldn’t figure it out either. I won’t be back if this is the future of ordering here.
We normally live torchys but this one was awful. We took grandkids and no one was there to take out order. Super confusing to do it on the machine but we got it done. Went to sit and all the tables were sticky and dirty.
