I feel like my experience was not the "norm" because the place was busy and usually is whenever I drive by. I went in about 2pm, so this is after the lunch rush. I figured that's why tables were dirty, staff busy from lunch. Anyway, a nice young lady took my order (she has purple hair, not saying this to be anything other than a description because I didn't catch her name).
