I've been to several Torchy's locations. This one was the worst experience for sure. We spent over $100 on our order for 6 of us and only one person in our group got their order correct. My wife was missing a taco. My daughter was missing a taco. My other daughter got a steak burrito when she offered chicken. I was missing a taco and they brought out 2 incorrect tacos for me. We’re big fans of Torchy’s and Nick does an awesome job at the bar!
if i wanted to sit around while people who ignore me, gossip, and then serve me bad food with a horrible attitude; I would just go to a family members. at least thats free. this was 60$ for bad attitude, bad service, and they probably spit in it for the looks on their faces after i asked for it “to go”. being sat next to an obviously unhinged, very upset homeless man. i didnt really want to eat next to someone loudly mumbling insults (at me), swearing, and unable to stop moving.
Always the best. Was happy to find a Torchy’s in Boulder.
