I normally leave reviews when I get excellent service or a spectacular experience and am not one to complain about a business unless it is pretty bad. In the past, we loved going to Torchy’s in Pflugerville but the last two times we had dinner there, the tacos were cold. Tonight my tortilla was actually cold to the touch on one side. Part of the chicken was warm but other pieces were pretty cool. I ate a few bites but it was so off putting that I just threw it away. I had such a great experience at Torchy’s Tacos in Pflugerville today and wanted to recognize the manager, Scott. He was incredibly kind, professional, attentive, and genuinely made sure I was taken care of. As someone who works in management, I really appreciate great customer service and strong leadership when I see it. Scott was approachable, helpful, and made me feel valued as a customer. Showed up and no one at the front reception , they have it set up were u take ur own order , so me working for them ...is a automatic draw back.. waited 10 minutes for a drink aka Rita, saw the bartender just playing on his phone like the manager and 1 buss person... Rita was super weak and sour , the brand has done the same thing cracker barrel has done ..it seems like , I think im done with trying to see if any locations are differnt , im pretty sure their the same...
