Everytime I come in to this location it gets worse. Today I waited 30 mins for my order. An order that I am pretty sure I saw sit in the window then in a bad for 10 mins instead of it just being walked out to me. The service is poor and they abandon the front counter because of the self order kiosk
This location is a mess. Dirty, crumbs and trash on the floor, fountain machine won’t dispense ice (they had a bucket of ice next to it that you ad to scoop out), trackers not working, they use kiosks to make you offset payroll costs. Boo and thumbs down.
The best Torchys location around. The people working here make this a better place.
