It's a great place to get good tacos. If you like street tacos this is your place. Definitely worth trying it out at least once.
This isn’t my first negative experience at the Torchy’s in Pearland, but today was the worst. My husband waited on the patio with our dog while I ordered at the kiosk. After 15 minutes with no food or queso, I asked the bar staff for an update. The employee and manager couldn’t find my order, though I had already received points and a check-in for the Torchy’s Challenge. Love this place and their amazing unique tacos. Haven't tried one I did not like.
Worst Torchy’s I’ve ever been to. They forgot to serve me and I had to ask for my food after 20 minutes. The food was cold and barely edible when they finally brought it to me. This branch should be shut down.
