I told the manager Jennifer that everytime I place an online order I try to redeem my rewards in the app and everytime I try to claim my rewards there’s always an error and she said there’s nothing they can do about it so ridiculous so spend money on the app for rewards and can’t even claim them.
From London to Houston, let me tell you about my experience with delicious shrimp tacos I tasted. Oh I stand corrected, are called Baja as I was told be the beautiful young lady Cookie. Let me tell you, not only she educated me, she was the human definition of customer service because I swear she deserved all my money. Before I fly back, imma definitely come back so I can have some more Bajas. Just wished they served Halal حلال meat so I could’ve tried the chicken

I thoroughly enjoyed my food here at Torchys. The trailer park tacos were amazing and the young lady “cookie” was amazing she made my experience all the best. She was very attentive and gave great suggestions. Truly an amazing woman with a great spirit and smile that was so inviting. Will definitely be visiting this location again and I hope she’s still there. She’s my new fav
