Ordered the new nachos, they were missing guacamole and portion sizes are ridiculously small, paid extra $5 dls for steak and received not even 2 oz of it. Called the restaurant to get a refund but was told that since it was a third party delivery it had to be thru them, I explained to her it was thru the website and it was not the third party’s issue that they did not prep the order correctly, here I am eating a bag of chips and queso for $18 dls.
Worst Torchy's in the local area. Go to the Webster location where they do it right.
One of the best Torchys I’ve been to. The tacos were excellent, juicy and the service was quick and great.
Fast, on point service at this location. The chips and queso are immaculate, and every taco is stuffed with items and served fresh! I would visit again.
