I ordered to go food and got home and was missing part of my order. I talked to Torchys and they said they would refund me for my item. But they just refunded me $5, not even the whole price of the item they forgot to include. Totally unacceptable to partially charge me for food I didn’t receive.
This place was great. But, my recent to go order had a huge chunk of bone in the taco that really hurt me when I chomps into my taco...

Loved their new bowl! I got mine with grilled chicken. So good, the mango chunks cool down the spicy.
