Was waiting in line, While a mature woman was trying to use the tablet to order. No helped her, even though she kept asking how to use it. The the employee proceeded to help people who came in after her.

One gal working the line. Only helps people she wants. The line went almost out the door because no one was helping a lady , when we came in. She kept asking for help, the worker just went to help other people after her..

WORST EXPERIENCE. They refused to help me with the order app. THEN imediately went to help the white people in line. EVEN THOUGH, I was having trouble and kept asking for help. I left, because the line behind me was out the door. That worker was only helping the white people.

We walked in about 6pm and were out at 6:20, and it was much calmer than we expected, as they are normally quite busy but the football game lowered activity. They had nobody running a register, however, or even visibly working when we walked in, and so ordering and payment was only done via a kiosk, which hilariously asks for a tip before service.
