Came in right at opening (10am) for their $5 breakfast burrito special today. What a disaster. I was the first customer in the restaurant. Ordered immediately. Thought it would take no more than 5 minutes. WRONG! I waited 20 minutes before kindly asking for a refund. He said refunds have to go thru corporate to be approved. What a joke. Said I might get it in 48-72 hours. All I saw was a table being stacked with online orders, catering etc. The customers who are physically in the restaurant are not a priority.
We had a last minute catering order for 50 guests and this location accepted such a great task and in a very timely manner. Tahlea and Janeth were very accommodating and polite, they made sure we got all we needed! Our event went great and we are so appreciative for the last minute catering!
Torchy's has become a staple for our family. Excellent service, tacos, and margs!
Man those tacos were dripping in flavor!! Baja shrimp?! YES PLEASE!!
They have a Gluten Free menu!! And we brought our dog along to sit on the patio. Frozen margarita and polomas were a hit!
