Its been a while since we had been to torchys! Sam made sure our experience was as good as it used to be!
First time and last to visit this location employee wouldn’t take my order making use self service screen and then asked for me to leave a tip. Had to move 3 table do to them being sticky from lack of cleaning. Food came out room temperature. This is the only location I have ever been to and had a problem. Usually eat torchy’s 3-5 a month with no problems.
Gotta be honest. We came from having authentic Mexican food to what's in Texas. Its different and I miss the street tacos of California. BUT!!!! I could eat Torchy's everyday if my wallet would support it. The menu is not at all what a west coast originated family is used to. But hot dang....they nailed it. The flavors go so well. The diablo sauce is unique where its spicy and has tons of flavor, but its not a 3 hour punishment of heat. It builds up, gives a little sweat and then mellows out. Love it! Best! Fast service, customer friendly and clean environment. I usually go to Conroe off 336 location. This is my first time here, I’m impressed.
Good Mexican Food. Kinda pricey but worth the return once in awhile
