The tacos were wonderful. Employees were all friendly. It was very clean.
My sister and I went to Torchy’s today and we ordered the double feature. Each order features three tacos. The beef taco had real gristle in the meat which I consider inedible. I won’t be going back anytime soon, I stood around at least 10 minutes trying to get an opportunity to speak to someone and I couldn’t get them to even look up so we just left. This is the Torchy’s on Liberty Way in Butler County Ohio.
Reviews do not describe this place. It was awful the only day we were there, Sunday, mid day. Could not figure out how to order/customize from touch screen, had to go to counter. Girl said everyone has that issue, just bypass them and come to counter to order from now on. First lesson learned. Waited at bar and ordered drinks. Everything was sticky, nasty, where we sat.
