Torchy's Tacos started in 2006 with a mobile trailer, a little red Vespa, and a man with a passion for good food. The founder, Mike Rypka, left an executive chef position to chase his dreams by investing everything he had into Torchy's Tacos. With a new, experimental menu ready to serve but no mouths to feed, Rypka jumped on his Vespa and started throwing out samples in an attempt to draw customers to his trailer. Good food. Couple of vegetarian options in the tacos. My kids loved chips n dips Chile Queso. Great service and friendly staff.
Worst service & experience I’ve ever had at a Torchys. The cashiers were extremely rude & the food took almost 60 min for 3 tacos & a kids meal. I asked to speak to GM & was denied. Never saw a manager entire time I was in there, queso was served cold, all the meat was chewy and gross, will never return to Torchys
Love this place. Unique tacos for decent prices. Don't sleep on the hillbilly queso.
I always come here but it is always crowded with children, staff can be rude or really nice
