I order, 4 tacos, a beer, and a queso. By the time I sit down, somebody is brining me my beer. 1 minute later, my queso is at my table. 1 minute after that, my food is at my table. Talk about FAST friendly service. Gotta love it
This place has gone down hill.... The service has become atrociously bad at the Katy location, and food quality on a constant decline. Won't be going back again to any Torchy's in the foreseeable future. You make your own judgement.
Bartender very rude. We wanted to watch the basketball game however he told us the bar was only for full service customers. Get this thete were no customers at the bar only one. We will not be going back because of the disrespectful service.
I am giving them 1 star because they installed a new machine to order the food and it is terrible. The big problem is that when you order a drink, they have to enter a code and nobody is Available so you lose the order and need to start the order again. It is horrible to order through this machine and the line now is big because the system is not friendly neither. The service here when you used to order was great and now is cero. They should eliminate this system or at least have a person helping the costumers.
