Terrible service, placed an order with a kiosk to go. After waiting 15 minutes with no one around, a server came out and said it would be another 45 minutes before the order would be ready. I cancelled my order and left and will never go back. They need to bring back someone working in the front taking orders and giving information about the wait times.

We've been pretty steady Torchy customers; once or twice a week or so for the past few years. After some recent changes at the restaurant, my patronage too will change. It started with swapping unique soda fountain drinks for generic Coke products. Recently their infamous "Diablo Sauce" recipe changed and what used to be a complex and spicy taco topping is now a garlicy mild mess. And the final straw? Talk about a lack of coordination. Waited for an hour for an order I placed an hour in advance. Not even acknowledged by staff until I asserted myself.
