Torchy's Tacos started in 2006 with a mobile trailer, a little red Vespa, and a man with a passion for good food. The founder, Mike Rypka, left an executive chef position to chase his dreams by investing everything he had into Torchy's Tacos. With a new, experimental menu ready to serve but no mouths to feed, Rypka jumped on his Vespa and started throwing out samples in an attempt to draw customers to his trailer. I ,personally in Denver, Colorado- off 12th and Broadway is not very good. This was the first time I had great seating, great service, great sauces, and cooked meat. I really liked my tacos.
Cool little place the Taco weren't bad but the sauce could use a different recipe
I absolutely adored the lovely lady at the register, pretty sure her name was Vivian. Absolute angel, and all the food was delicious. 10/10
