Torchy's Tacos started in 2006 with a mobile trailer, a little red Vespa, and a man with a passion for good food. The founder, Mike Rypka, left an executive chef position to chase his dreams by investing everything he had into Torchy's Tacos. With a new, experimental menu ready to serve but no mouths to feed, Rypka jumped on his Vespa and started throwing out samples in an attempt to draw customers to his trailer. Came here with a couple of friends! The atmosphere was nice, calming. All the servers were incredibly kind to us as well! I ordered a chicken fajita and shrimp baja taco. Portion sizing and taste was immaculate <3
What is up with serving two grains of rice and a whole lot of topping?? Only the burrito is good. ADD MORE RICE
We love torchys, food is always great. Service at this location was phenomenal..
Ingredient and preparation quality has deteriorated significantly over past few years. A once Great brand has become average at best
