High turnover, Also, worked here for 12 years I have seen a lot of changes. The supervisors talk about the employees. They don’t know the answer to things. People policy premiums don’t get applied right because of the high turn over and they always retraining young people. I’m still waiting on email I sent the company about my policy because it was on payroll deduction and still on it. You have keep talking to different people to get your policy correct.
