WOW! WHAT A PLACE! The food is ALWAYS COOKED TO PERFECTION, the staff is ALWAYS very nice, kind, warm, caring, and friendly (including the waitresses), and they have a HUGE Fish Tank (my FAVORITE) right in the middle of the place! OH, and they also have "mood lighting" (dim, romantic, etc.), in the ceiling!

Classy Very classy restaurant. The food is very good, but it can get a little pricey. The service is good, the restaurant itself is very nice, and it's right on the Newburgh waterfront. Great place to dine.
Great summer spot Torches is located on the water which makes it a perfect summer place. The wall sized fish tank gives much ambience to the place. Food is reasonable in price and very good.
Torches wow you will be in for a great treat! It is very serene and affluent. The food is great and worth the price. they have a huge fish aquarium that is the length of the wall. It has sharks and many exotic fish
Torches Torches and all of Front Street has recently been renovated and is now a beautiful place to walk around during the day or evening or go for a drink or a meal. The view is great and the waitresses are hot. For a special treat, go early on July 4th and you can watch a great fireworks show right on the Hudson River, well worth it.
