I lived here for 6 months and moved out right at the end of my lease. I had moved in there because it seemed like it was nice and safe. My next door neighbors were extremely noisy and the complex refused to do anything about it. I had zero cell reception in my apartment, and maybe one bar if I walked outside, but I understand that isn't their fault.
