I have been living here for almost 33 years right now is the best place to live. # 1 Quiet # 2 Clean & reliable because, Manager Mark is on top of everything especially Sebastian is one of the one making thing done in a jiffy. Every body in this place works very hard in order to make thing done but, Sebastian is an integral for Tor View Village. Bravo, Bravo, Bravo Sebastian !
Maintenance said the snow plow would come today Jan 26 , 2026 to clear the service road: they never came , all snow covered the park roads, our cars couldn’t get out. Poor, poor management.
I have been a resident here for just over a year, and my experience has been exceptional from the start. The move-in process was streamlined and efficient, setting a positive tone for my residency. The management team is consistently professional, and the maintenance staff is incredibly responsive, often attending to requests immediately. The ONLY reason people live here is because they allow dogs. The office is loaded with nosy people who spy on residents and especially visitors. There is never any parking and their rules are absurd. I recommend that you DO NOT live here; even if it were free.
