Never going back. Horrible service
The store in Greenville Ohio has bad customer service, very rude staff. Everything that I bought was either broken or very dirty. I will never be seen there again.
I cannot say enough good things about Topsy Turvy. Cathi is just FANTASTIC! She has so much knowledge about every single toy and helps guide you to toys based on your budget and the likes of the child you are shopping for. Not to mention my kids are highly entertained by all the activity areas around the store that are there to play with while you shop!! I have decided I’m doing my Christmas shopping for all the kids in my life from now on ❤️ We also highly recommend toddler time (see the picture for some toddler time fun!).... read more
We love our visits to topsy turvy! It’s so great to have a toy store in our downtown. There are so many areas for kids to play and test things out. You can also add things to your child’s registry so anytime someone comes in and wants to purchase a gift for your child, they can pull your list up. Kathy is also super sweet with my daughter and has the perfect personality for someone who works in a toy store:)
A really cool place. The staff have always been kind and jovial, and their selection of toys is pretty extensive. More than anything, it has been quite special being able to not only find a number of the toys I enjoyed as a kid, but to get them again and see my kids enjoy them as much as I did.
