Wow! I hate to have to write this. When we got a new roof 1 year ago on our first home, Topside seemed to do a great job. They got the job done quick and it was less expensive than some other quotes. Brandon was very nice to work with. Unfortunately only a year later we got 3 leak spots, and of course with a 3 year labor warranty and brand new shingles it should have been a no brainer for Topside to check out the leak spots and get to work!
