The atmosphere of this gym is great. All the equipment is fantastic and very clean! There are hand sanitizer dispensers and paper towels and disinfectant spray bottles all throughout the gym. The owners take pride in keeping this place clean and maintained and it shows.
Fantastic environment to work out. Everyone is friendly and courteous and the equipment is very well maintained.
Such an awesome gym! Love that it’s affordable and 24hrs! Also has a ton of equipment. People just are working out and doing their thing, I don’t feel judged at all, which is great! Also started personal training with Liana, who is really inspiring and amazing.
Staff is pleasant, they have everything you could need in the gym. You get a great workout in a real gym! If your into fitness and health this is the place for you. I drive 45 minutes one way just to come here and it’s well worth it
First of all, if you are seriously into training, men or women, then this is the gym for you! The Rockaway location is a beautiful space. The owners Tom and Liana have awesome energy and knowledge which they readily impart for anyone wanting to learn. They are truly dedicated business owners and it shows. Owned by pro bodybuilders thats more than just a place to workout but a friendly and helpful atmosphere. Equipment is very clean with no broken machines which is hard to find. Would recommend if just getting back into shape or even a pro athlete. Best of both worlds!
