The owner, Mike, and the woman who works at the front desk are both incredibility rude (yelling and cursing at customers) and the service is bad. My father and I dropped my car off to get the headliner on my sunroof replaced and the headliner surrounding the windshield re-glued. When I picked up my car, it was not glued on in all the areas that he said he would glue, the car was a mess, and Mike broke the handle on the sunroof. RecommendedI had a wonderful experience! The entire experience was great, and timely. From the first call till the work was completed was only one week. I called and they ordered the panoramic roof for my Ford Edge that day. It came in a few days later, and was installed promptly! I arrived at 8:45 in the morning. They quickly installed the roof, and showed me some routine preventative cleaning that I needed to do to the tracks. I was out of there before 10 am. I had a shattered sunroof. They replaced the glass and it worked great opened closed and everything. Well i got back to my house and tested to see if it leaked. It did and it was leaking from the seal of the sunroof. Well I called and got attitude and was treated like I was stupid but the mechanic (not sure of his name but he is a older man) reluctantly agreed to let me bring it in and look at it. I called to get info on installing a top on my Volvo inquiring about the warranty on top he said one year as I was trying to discuss that he said bye.. what kind of company is this that is rude to the coustomer
Really impressed. My moonroof blew out and Safelite sent me here. I am so glad they did. This was the smoothest and most pleasant repair experience I’ve ever had. They were very accommodating, even put a wrap on my roof on the spot to protect my roof from rain while we waited for the part to come in. When it came in, they fixed it in about 45 mins. Excellent customer service and workmanship! I had a great experience in every way with Tops Unlimited. Both Mike and Annette were able to answer all questions I had via telephone and in person. The replacement was done promptly and professionally. I highly recommend them.
They did the top on one of my Mustangs along with a new seat bottom. They were much faster then the last place I used and the job was top notch.
