My husband and I are planning to sell a home in Olympia soon. The kitchen was dark and dated and needed some serious help to look it's best. After consulting a different company we approached Tops with our project. They were very quick with the estimate and scheduled the project without a long wait time. Excellent service from start to finish. Great selection of new and remnant stock. I found a remnant that was big enough to do two bathrooms counter tops and they look wonderful. We have had them redo 2 bathrooms, and our kitchen. Val even selected our paint colors. She has great taste. Usually takes longer than expected but the end product is worth it. The employees we have worked with at the shop and in our home have been wonderful. We also had them remodel my mother's bathroom in Lakewood.

I will NEVER use them again. While installing a new bathroom countertop, they gouged the walls and broke a very large mirror, then denied doing it. It took weeks of arguing to get them to pay for it.
If I could give a negative star I would. Worst experience we have ever had in a remodel. People were very nice but the finished product was very poor. No quality control at any point
