After waiting in line for over thirty minutes the cashier couldn’t tell me why my insurance wasn’t covering a prescription here. Never told me they weren’t in blue cross blue shield network but charged me $100 for what should have been $10. When I found out why less than an hour later I tried to refund and they wouldn’t let me. As if people can afford to waste $100 on BS. 4 Medications in 2 days that need to be ordered. Is this even a pharmacy anymore? -_-
I switched to this Tops pharmacy after Rite Aid closed, and the experience has been consistently frustrating. Every single time I’ve tried to call the pharmacy, no one answers. You get through the automated menu, press zero to speak with someone, it rings twice, and then you’re redirected right back to the same automated menu. There is no way to actually reach a person. At one point, I had to call a different Tops pharmacy and ask them to pull my prescription information from the system just so I could ask a pharmacist a bas... read more
The lines are long and by the time they get to you, your script is NEVER ready and you have to wait another 15-20 minutes. I miss Rite Aid. They were so much better
