I switched to this Tops pharmacy after Rite Aid closed, and the experience has been consistently frustrating. Every single time I’ve tried to call the pharmacy, no one answers. You get through the automated menu, press zero to speak with someone, it rings twice, and then you’re redirected right back to the same automated menu. There is no way to actually reach a person. At one point, I had to call a different Tops pharmacy and ask them to pull my prescription information from the system just so I could ask a pharmacist a bas... read more
The lines are long and by the time they get to you, your script is NEVER ready and you have to wait another 15-20 minutes. I miss Rite Aid. They were so much better
To give one star is generous. The people here are always miserable and act like they’re doing you a favor. The line to pick up is always 10 people deep, too. Do yourself a favor and switch to Amazon Pharmacy if you don’t want to wait a week for a script from this poor excuse for a pharmacy.
