Top's was always a family favorite when we lived in Pasadena. On a recent trip to California, Top's was the First stop we made, after a long drive. Best food for your money, hands down.

The new Midwestern Style 3-Way Spaghetti.. Chili, Cheese & Spaghetti was the bomb! I made mine 4-Way by adding Onions. The best! You have to try it!
Loved the fries! The service was friendly, too.
