The food at the restaurant is good. Catering was horrible the only time, we as a family ever used it. Very expense, food was delivered to a Family Christmas party in State College, driver supposedly got lost. Food was delivered on the bed of a pickup truck on a twenty degree day. All food was ice cold and the mash potatoes had green beans spilled all through them. As a very understanding and supportive family we paid the bill, but decided we wouldn't consider them again. Sorry, but all pure facts.

Not a problem at all, it's just frustrating as a business owner that instead of telling me when it happened, I get hit 3 years later with a 2 star review. As I mentioned above, I take ALL feedback seriously and to heart. Rick and his crew catered a Raystown cruise for my Senior Center more than once and each time it was fabulous! The food was so good...all 50 passengers agreed! 50 people agreeing doesn't happen often, but when it comes to Tops Diner food they all gave it two thumbs up! Plus Rick and his staff are always very friendly and accommodating. When we cruise again, we will be calling Tops Diner for our catering needs.

We have been coming to Tops since we were dating in the early 70's. Tops has never disappointed us. Today's chicken basket was delicious. Chucken crispy, mashed potatoes definitely real and the cole slaw was amazing.

Food was good Amy are waitress was wonderful and very polite and even helped try to calm our 1 year old down who was cranky we loved the stuffed chicken everything was good except for the rude older couple at the table behind us who made my wife feel upset talking about how our youngest daughter was fussing and how rude and disrespectful of parents we were witch is not the case we had out food and was eating we did what we could to calm her down mind you she did bump her head on the table that made her cry and this old coupl... read more
