Zero communication once the owner came out and measured. Had to email or call every time I had a question and then no answer until I called or emailed again! Asked for a gray grout, reminded him before install...got white. Asked for squared off/straight lined countertops and got rounded/curved. Had reiterated that as well. Finally got the grout changed but no response to the rounded counters. Beautiful stone and the tile looks great...now.
Steve was so nice to come to our home so that we could pick the right countertop to meet our needs. Absolutely love it and our beautiful sink. Service was quick and friendly. I highly recommend using Tops by Cop. Thanks Steve!

Professional, friendly and the only company that was able to do our window sill without any seems...And for the lowest price! I like how these guys have a can-do attitude and spent several hours fine tuning the pieces to make them fit exactly right. One time shaving a 1/32 inch off. Impressed and will definitely recommend. Everyone in the company from the phones, quote, template and install were awesome!
