I WENT TO PLACE AN ORDER AT TOPS ON HACKS CROSS WORST DAY & EXPERIENCE, I ORDER A JUMBO SHOULDER COMBO WITH WHITE MEAT ADD FAT & WET , I GOT SOMETHING TOTALLY DIFFERENT, CALLED CORPORATE & I AM UPLOADING IT AS WELL, AND TO THE YOUNG LADY THAT TOOK MY ORDER WHOSE NAME WAS MARQUETTA WAS VERY RUDE AS WELL !!!!

Was missing part of my order and was told HR would call the next day to issue a refund since they can’t give refunds at the store. No one called. I called back a week later and was told “we will get to it”. No one ever called. I then called and spoke with someone at the main headquarters and they said someone would call me first thing the next morning. It’s been over a month, no one called, no one cares.

We have tried all local Tops locations and couldn’t get a decent or consistent meal. There goes another local restaurant.

The food was horrible! I ordered a pull pork sandwich with extra sauce, there was no sauce and the meat was very cold. i also ordered a double cheeseburger and the meat was so dry! i called several times and no one picked up or answered my calls, i even called the corporate office and still no response. i am highly upset because I'm on a very strict work schedule and i could not leave to return the food so i had to just throw it away. sad! this was the union location in memphis, tn
