Editing my review, waited 20 minutes for 2 BBQ sandwiches and they get it wrong, then Isaiah cops an attitude with me slaps my change down in my hand, you don't need these kind of employees

Great customer service! Great food! We had a huge issue with Door Dash not delivering all of our food. She brought only a bag of sauce and our two sides. We couldn’t resolve the issue through DD but when we called the restaurant the sweet woman we dealt with (Lori, we think) was fantastic. She said to come on and she’d have things ready to go. Once we arrived, she provided fresh food and extra sides to make up for a mistake that was not even hers. She was so kind and really made up for DD failing at their job.
