Now serving our 3rd generation of customers, we still cook our pork shoulders the same way we did over 60 years ago, with hardwood charcoal and green hickory wood. Do not order the hamburger or from doordash. the last one was not fresh, and you cannot give instructions to cook it fresh. Then called and just made all kinds of excuses. If doordash took too long, it would be cold not dried out.

Had order repeated to us, ticket says exactly what we ordered..... Yet it was still wrong. Unfortunately we stopped on the way home and was already home before we noticed so we didn't go back.... $40 to still not get the food we ordered... Very disappointing. Especially since the ticket on the bag was correct meaning someone just didn't pay attention...
