This is our second time dealing with Topping Industries, and Shane has been extremely helpful on both occasions. He recently installed and set up the security system in our new warehouse, and everything went smoothly. The system he previously installed at our other warehouse is also still working perfectly. We highly recommend Shane for any of your security system needs. :-)

Shane was very helpful setting up an exterior camera for our elderly mother. He set up our phone too (we're old too) and took us through it all. Excellent communicator, (replied to messages on the go), friendly, helpful and kind. He turned up when he said he would and stayed longer than expected for no extra cost. Can't recommend enough. Others we rang tried to sell us more than we needed but Shane listened and we liked him a lot!

The director Shane Topping rang me to say a link has been sent to my email and he wanted me to click on it. When I explained that we wouldn’t be entertaining this he got angry and even took the time to leave our business a poor review. In my short dealings with Shane I found him to be rude, demanding and obviously incompetent in his work. Stay clear of this business at all costs.
