Extremely disappointed on how this location handles business. We ordered our pizza at 5:15 with a delivery time of 6:35. We finally call at 7:10 to check the status of our delivery and we were told our pizza was not out for delivery yet and would potentially arrive to us 8pm- almost 3 hours after our time of order! The manager then got on the line and shared there was a fundraiser so they were too busy and his solution was to refund our order. I would highly recommend NOT ordering pizza with this location.
Service is great, pizza comes fast but... toppers used to load up the toppings. Now you order a supreme and get hardly anything on it. And the bacon sticks have about 20 small pieces on them. Come on toppers you are better then this. Stop being like all the rest bring back the loaded toppings! This is the whitewater branch (headquarters).
Tried to place an order for a pizza to A college campus parking lot via a phone call, I am a bus driver and can not take the bus many places. Called the order in and was told they couldn’t delver due to driver safety yet if i did it online with a physical address they would deliver. Hmmm do not order from this place!!! I understand driver safety however this is a visible parking lot and a heavy presence of security #i will try to order the same pizza online and see of it shows up. Quality has drastically decreased since moving to new location while prices have skyrocketed. Often mess up or just forget part of the order. Very frustrating. I ordered tonight, again missing two things and entire half of pizza top smashed into top of box. I called, it's been 30 minutes, still don't have my missing items and now I get to eat cold food
The mac n cheese is great! Best pizza in town too.
The Website is HORRIBLE! I have been kicked out so many times and now it's down again. This needs to be revamped. I can't spend a half hour just trying to order a pizza for dinner (online).
