Drove 300 miles, one way, to view a property. Agent was friendly and had great communication up to the time of the appointment. met me at the road and drove me to a property to look at. I left and started thinking that the property didn't align to the photos on the listing to the property I was shown and inquired about the differences. Was then told they showed me the wrong property (after I had already returned the 300 miles back). I understand mistakes happen but this is more than a simple mistake. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. We were interested in a property and we contacted Jenna Moore, who was listed as the selling agent. At that time, we were contacted by another individual named TJ Hunziker and were under the impression that he was representing the seller in the purchase. We scheduled a showing and Jenna met us there only to find out they had “appointed” TJ to represent us, which was against our wishes.
