Topper properties did an amazing job! Not only did they make it easy for me they took away all the stress that comes with selling a house. From a renter's perspective, Stephen Topper has been excellent to work with. He is always extremely responsive when we ask about any issues with the properties and has come over personally multiple times to sort out paperwork issues and other concerns with vendors performing repairs and maintenance. When we submit repair tickets or any other concerns through the online portal he will contact us within the day, and often within the hour.
Stephen is a remarkable agent who sold us our dream home and my in laws. He is honest and will not give you the runaround. I recommend him for your next dream home
