This doctor has the worst beside manner and attitude ever. He needs to be stripped of his rights to even practice any type of medical conditions. I wouldn’t recommend him for my dog. Totally unexplainable in how he can get way with treating his patients the way he does.
Dr Topper is a very compassionate Dr who truly cares about your well being, he's gone out of his way to call me and make sure that I am ok. You can't find Dr's like him around anymore.
