I don’t even know where to begin. This review is mainly to WARN anyone considering care from DR. NICOLAS CRESCIMONE, the anesthesiologist I saw for a prenatal anesthesia consultation before giving birth at Boca Regional. I have a spinal fusion from T3-L2, so my OB referred me to him before delivery to determine whether an epidural would even be possible. That was the entire purpose of the consultation. Coming from Jupiter medical center to this level of negligence and terrible care. The best thing about my whole birthing experience was the anesthesiologist and he placed a huge needle in my back for an epidural. So if he’s the best experience I had then understand the magnitude of negligence and horrific birth experience I endure. Thank you for added trauma to my life. Also if you don’t like your job quit. I expected so much better but this was horrible. Grateful I’m alive.
10/10 recommend for birth! Amazing and caring staff that honored my birth plan and respected my wishes. They have provided my preemie with the best care. Also the meals were not too bad for hospital food. I would only ever give birth here!
Do not sign the birth certificate worksheet. There is no law requiring you to sign it, and it only exists to limit the hospital’s liability and responsibility, in other words, to blame you for any errors. By law, the hospital is required to register the birth themselves with the state. Contact the Florida Bureau of Vital Statistics three days after the birth to verify whether there are any errors in the filing.
