They try to hide their mistakes by not allowing you to film or take pictures, using an excuse about privacy. They do not even allow you to take a picture of papers you sign or keep any record of them. Main thing I was upset about was the visitor policy, one of the main reasons I chose to deliver at this specific hospital was because they had REPEATEDLY told us and reassured us during our hospital tour and childbirth classes we took here prior to my birth that we were allowed 2 visitors at ALL TIMES during labor and that my husband and doula did NOT count as those 2 visitors but when I was in labor they REFUSED to let in my mom and sister (who were really important to me and I wanted them present during my labor) in becaus... read more
Had my first child here and the staff was great from delivery to recovery, very attentive and compassionate. They made the experience much better, and every part of the staff I encountered was happy to help and did a great job for my wife and child.
