Very professional business with great communication! I received confirmation emails and texts regarding my appointments. Tim, the owner, called ahead to tell me he was on his way the day of my appointment. He was very knowledgeable and did everything I asked the company to do. TopNotch Landscaping cut my lawn and trimmed my shrubs for a little over a year. They did a nice job and I liked how they submitted an invoice that could be paid online, as well as utilized Messenger to keep me posted if there was any need to postpone a service due to an emergency. Having communication between TopNotch and their customers is another part of the service that I really appreciated in today's environment and economy. It's often overlooked but much appreciated.
Tim at Top Notch landscaping does an excellent job mowing our lawn and trimming our bushes. He is prompt and courteous and provides excellent communication regarding scheduling and billing. Highly recommend
