Freddy and his crew did a fantastic job replacing the roof on our property in Panama City fl, incredibly smooth experience from start to finish. Even went above and beyond to insure we had no more leakage until permit process and material arrived. Freddy handled it all without any issues. We contacted Top Max Roofing recently when we had a small roof leak. They responded immediately and were able to temporarily cover the roof allowing us the time to obtain a permit while stopping further damage from occurring. Top Max filed for the permit on our behalf and once approved, directly went to work installing our new metal roof.
