Appointment was for 9:20, picked up at 8:15 and arrived at 10:10-10:15 . Driver was given WRONG ADDRESS but thankfully knew where Hospital was from prior transport. No one could tell me WHERE patient was when didn’t show up here. No one communicated at all.
