Dustin and the Top Line Lawn & Landscape team have been servicing our townhome neighborhood in Prior Lake and now our home in The Wilds of Prior Lake for over 20 years. These guys do great work! They blow out our irrigation in the fall and do start up and repairs every spring. They even repaired the damage that city contractors did to our irrigation during the road resurfacing. Highly recommend this local company!
I don't like having to leave these, but I really feel it's necessary after multiple years of poor service when it comes to lawn maintenance for our HOA, untimely irrigation system servicing, and snow removal. Our lawns look like a patchy combination of dead grass, bare patches, but also somehow a variety of long blades of grass. Their snow removal crews do not show up when expected, do a subpar job at best and they need to be called back several times in order to complete the job that should be done on the first trip. Would not recommend the company to anyone!
I use Top Line for snow removal for my business and I am so disappointed in their services (charges full-price for doing half the job, won't put ice melt where it's needed but puts where it isn't needed). They won't adjust their services to satisfy the needs of my business and they take forever to respond to emails - which they tell you is the best way to reach them. They also hit one of the pillars at the entrance to my parking lot with their snow plow and won't take responsibility for it. Look elsewhere for snow removal.
