Extremely disappointed. Already had a great little Costco generator but wanted something commercial for more power/usage. Sales rep was awesome, got what was supposed to be a good commercial generator... After about six months it breaks down. No big deal, have a two year warranty so I took it back to be fixed. Then it breaks down again (same issue as the first time, doubt it was actually fixed) just a month after it was first "fixed", but now Topline refuses to fix it because it's been "used too much"... So usage invalidates... read more
Great service. I left a pressure washer with them which had a pump failure and previously other issues. Since parts had been on back order for several weeks they supplied me with a new unit at no cost as a goodwill gesture. I encourage others to give this company your business.
Went in today to inquire about a new Stihl Trimmer. Erin was very helpful and knowledgeable on the products. I will be returning when I am ready to purchase.
