This place is a scam.. they tried to take advantage of my friend a single mother of 3.. she sign their contract thing 3 hrs later rethought her decision and called to back out.. they threatened her with a 3000 restocking fee.... it had been 3 hrs there was no restocking of anything.. they won't be getting any money from her I'm sure of that
Don’t do it… got a quote from a salesmen and he said it would be $13000. Sent him on his way and he sent me a txt later saying they could do it for $7k… what? Why not give me that price first? I have done some HVAC work in my life and I’ve never heard of the company that supplies the furnace/ac unit. If you really can’t afford a 1 yr financing option, their 40-80 month financing is great. Purchased a multi-zone heat pump system from them in January. I was not familiar with the Tosot brand heat pump they work with but they guaranteed that it was a cold climate heat pump that would work efficiently in the Pittsburgh climate. It does not! They earned 2 stars because the crew that installed the system did a great job and the install looks great. I feel they did good work on the install but that is where the positives end. We went with Topline because their pricing was good and financing was very easy. BUT... when installation was done, they some how messed up the heat pump and something about the refrigerant was accidently drained out or something like that, so we had to only use the furnace part of the system. It is a electric furnace and heat pump combo. So our electric furnace had to run pretty much non stop for 4 days. I hate to see my next electric bill.
