Technicians came out to replace old furnace with high efficiency unit along with central air. They drilled holes way too big and I had to get after them about filling the holes inside as well as outside. Not pleased with the invoice as it is missing a breakdown of individual costs to me nor do I see where any Government rebates were available or applied. Called company and was referred to talk to sales representative. If I had to do it again. I would have chosen local company. Too early to tell about the performance

STAY AWAY!!! If I could give a negative 10 stars, I would! First, the salesman sold me a unit twice the size I needed and never returned my phone calls or texts. Second, the install crew did such a horrible install, that everyone that saw it ... including 3 other HVAC companies, laughed their heads off! It was a complete disaster! They rushed and fumbled through the entire install! The outdoor unit was so tilted, I thought it was going to blow over with the slightest wind!
