Yeah, it is affordable, but the salesperson did not recommend the proper size unit to cool my house. Also, when you need costumer service, you get an AI bot to speak with, and they never call back to assist you with your complaint. The thermostat they installed is utter garbage. The electronic screen goes blank and has to be rebooted constantly.
Scheduled a free quote for a mini split system, had to cancel. Told them when I am ready I will call them again. Since then, I have gotten about 10 phone calls and texts messages from them, also told them each time I will call when I’m ready and to stop calling. Literally harassing me, now I wouldn’t use them even if they offered it for free. Have some respect for customers, sheesh
Rip off artists. Avoid them. Initially they said they could service split units I had already, Mr. Cool need coolant refresh. Then they said they can't touch those. They quoted some other work, One of the rooms would be $6,200. I thought that was really excessive for one aditional unit. I decided to do that anyway as long as I could add it as a smart device to my home device network, they installed a unit that didn't support that. Finally they fixed that.
