We had a new system installed in April and we’ve have 5 technicians out since for non-stop issues. First day of install, they blew the motherboard and door off the equipment. We’ve had to wait week after week for someone to come back—resulting in having AC but not heat, then the reverse, then neither. Now the motherboard has blown again and we’re back in a waiting pattern.

I was taken in by the empty words salad of how good this company is at customer service. More empty words with no action behind it. I’m still waiting to have my installation finished. While I struggle with the finance company that doesn’t speak English. I left a message today for someone to call me, but of course no one did. It’s a damn shame that businesses are allowed to operate like this in this country. This is the thing we need to change most.
