Made appointment for 12:30. Got to salon and it was locked. Called several times no answer. Was able to find owner number and called her. She said stylist had car trouble and that they had texted me about coming at 3. Never received a text. Came back at 2:45, still no one at salon. Got a text from owner that she was running a few minutes late. Waited until 3:52 and she never showed up. Called and texted multiple times with no response. If I ran my business like that, I would not have a business. Unbelievable!
I’m not one to leave a bad review but I have to share my terrible experience. Lilliana totally messed up my hair. I asked for burgundy but got bright, electric purple. She offered to fix it the following week and then canceled on me last minute after I drove nearly an hour to get there. I went through hell and high water trying to get a refund for over a week.. she said she mailed a check but later found out she never sent one. She finally agreed to Venmo me but only gave me 2/3 of my money back. I then had to pay another st... read more
Awesome - best colorist I have ever had.
Lilliana did a beautiful blowout and full-face makeup application for a special event I am attending. Couldn’t be happier with the results- I feel beautiful! Very fair pricing as well.
Great little shop. Did have to wait 45 minutes.
