Love Tophat beauticians and barbers. Bill does fantastic color and cuts. The vibrant colors are great too!

Sylvia is a talented hairdresser. She listens to what you would like, and offers suggestions when you request it. She has been cutting and styling my hair for more than five years. My daughter has also been having her cut and color her hair for about the same time. We both give her an enthusiastic endorsement!
